Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order. A full refund may be given to returns for reason of defect or our error. Non-defective returns will incur a re-stock fee of 15%. Shipping costs (which are included in the price) are not refunded unless the return is a result of our error.
Return steps:
- Contact customer support for a return authorization number and return address.
- Include the return authorization number on the outside of the return packaging.
- Obtain tracking information.
- Wait 15 business days for credit refund.
